The basics

quizquiz.co is a tool for creating and running pub quizzes and trivia nights. The core features are free; an optional Pro plan removes the free plan's limits. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You can sign in with Google. We use your email address to identify your account and associate your quizzes with you. Don't share your account with others or use it for anything illegal.

Your content

The quizzes you create belong to you. We don't claim ownership of your questions, answers, or any other content you add.

By creating quizzes on quizquiz.co, you grant us permission to store and display your content as needed to provide the service. If you share a quiz link, anyone with that link can view it.

We may remove content that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is illegal, harmful, or inappropriate.

Acceptable use

Don't use quizquiz.co to:

  • Create content that's illegal, harassing, or harmful
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with the service or try to break it
  • Use automated tools to scrape or spam the service

Paid plans (Pro)

Pro is an optional paid plan, available as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices are shown before checkout and may include VAT depending on your country.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account page; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Cancelling doesn't delete anything — your quizzes stay, subject to the free plan's limits.

Lifetime purchase guarantee

The lifetime plan is a one-time payment for Pro access for as long as quizquiz.co operates. Because "lifetime" is only as good as the service behind it, it comes with this guarantee:

  • We guarantee at least 12 months of service and support from your purchase date.
  • If quizquiz.co is discontinued within 12 months of your purchase, you'll receive a full refund of the lifetime price.
  • If it's discontinued between 12 and 24 months after your purchase, you'll receive a partial refund: the lifetime price minus the annual plan price, prorated for the time you had — in other words, you'll only have paid as if you'd been on the annual plan.
  • Beyond 24 months, no refund is due — at that point you've paid less than two years on the annual plan would have cost.

This guarantee covers discontinuation of the service. It doesn't affect any refund rights you have under the law of your country, which always apply.

The service

The free plan stays free. We'll do our best to keep the service running smoothly, but beyond the lifetime guarantee above, we provide quizquiz.co "as is" — we can't promise perfect uptime or that all features will work exactly as you expect.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. If we make significant changes to these terms, we'll try to let you know.

Liability

quizquiz.co is a small independent project. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service beyond what you've paid us in the last 12 months.
